BETHANY MORRIS HUKILL
ATTORNEY

Bethany Morris Hukill grew up in Belmont, North Carolina. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, majoring in Psychology. After graduating from UNC in 2004, Bethany worked for four years at Moveable Cubicle, Inc. She started in a sales position, but worked in virtually every department of the company, eventually rising to the position of President. However, Bethany had a passion for the law and resigned in 2008 to attend law school. In 2011, she obtained her Juris Doctorate Degree from The Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University, graduating cum laude. She was admitted to practice law in North Carolina shortly thereafter.

Following law school, Bethany served as a judicial law clerk at the North Carolina Court of Appeals. She currently practices Social Security Law exclusively. She is a member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives. Bethany is admitted to practice in the Eastern District of the United States District Court.

Bethany currently lives in Raleigh with her husband, her sons, and their dog. She enjoys reading, running, and cooking.
